Remember back in the day, when
there used to be a separation
between home and work life?
The invention of the smart phone
has pretty much eliminated that,
hasn’t it? It’s more important
than ever to have some kind of
work/life integration in order for
you to reduce your stress level
and create a happier, healthier
workplace.
Face it, you probably spendmore
time at work than you do with
your loved ones at home. Toxic
people, unrealistic expectations,
and tight deadlines are just a
few of the stresses you face
every day. But wait, wouldn’t you
think that with all the technology

you’d have tons of extra time
on your hands? Um, no. Not the
case, is it?
